Getting Here
By air:
Ireland West Airport (Knock) is about an hour's drive to the house. There are regular flights from London Gatwick, London Stansted, Bristol, East Midlands, Liverpool and Manchester.
City of Derry Airport has flights from Glasgow, Liverpool and London Stansted.
Belfast and Dublin Airports are about a 3 hour drive from the house, but have a wide range of international and domestic flights.
By ferry
From the UK - there are ferries from Fishguard and Pembroke to Rosslare; from Holyhead to Dublin, and from Stranraer to Belfast.
From France - there are ferries to both Rosslare and Cork
By Car - Take the N16 from Sligo. Pass one turning for Glencar Lake, and continue past the lake which will be below you. Take the second turning signposted Glencar Lake (a very sharp turn), and Swiss Cottage is the 3rd house on the right (about 3/4 km down the road).
From Manorhamilton, take the N16 towards Sligo; after 10 km take the right fork signposted Glencar Waterfall. Swiss Cottage is the 3rd house on the right.
